Willie Mae Peysen Peel

Willie Mae Peysen Peel, 81, of Bridgeport, Texas, passed away May 3. Visitation will be Thursday, from 6-8 at Jones Family Funeral Home-Decatur.  Services will be Friday, at 2:00 in the chapel of the funeral home with Brother LeeRoy Jackson, and Brother Dale Webster officiating.

Willie was born on June 3, 1935 in Wichita Falls, Texas, to Willie John and Margaret Elizabeth (Brumelow) Peysen. She loved to play the piano and sing, in fact she played for several churches. Willie was an avid fisherwoman, loved to travel and spend time with family, as well as color with her great-grandchildren. She was a wonderful cook!

She is survived by daughters, Connie Rye and husband Terry, Sherry Spinks and husband Richard; sons, Terry Peel and wife Mary; Michael Peel and wife Tawana; 15 grandchildren, and 28 great-grandchildren. 

Pallbearers are her grandsons:  Jeremy Peel, Jason Peel, Michael Johnson, Ray Peel, Peyton Vess, Brandon McCarthy, and Jonathan Rye.
