Burial will be at 10:30 am, Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at DFW National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas. Pallbearers are John Jenkins, Tom Jenkins, Terry Jenkins, Samah Kargbo, Dakota Jenkins, and Jeff Hailey. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm on Monday, February 25, 2019, also at Jones. William passed away in Sherman, Texas on Thursday, February, 21, 2019.
