William Hall

William Charles "Dub" Hall, 85, of Graford, Texas died June 7, 2012 in Fort Worth. A funeral service is scheduled for Monday, June 11 at the First Baptist Church of Possum Kingdom. Visitation will be held from 10-11 am, prior to the service. Burial will follow at 2:30 pm at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville. Pallbearers are Bill Hall, Jackie Hall, Jackie Thomas, Casey Wedgeworth, Michael Burt, Payden Hall, Travis Hall and Christopher Hall. Charles was born February 10, 1927 in Fort Worth, Texas to parents William Charles and Mattie Hazel (Garner) Hall. Charles served in the Army during World War II, and later became self-employed in the construction industry. He leaves behind five children: sons Bill and wife Kathy Hall of Bryson, Texas, and Jackie and wife Carolyn Hall of Weatherford, Texas; daughters Carlotta Burt of Burleson, Cindy and husband Dale Firkins of Azle, and Genean Cantwell of Weatherford; 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Willie and Mattie Hall, and sister Hazel Wood.
