Rosa Tovar-Amador

Services for Rosa Tovar-Amador, 56, of Bridgeport, Texas will be Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 4:00 pm at Hudson & Torres Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Visitation will also be Thursday, beginning at 2:00 pm.  Rosa passed away Friday, February 4 in Fort Worth, Texas.

 She was born September 16, 1965 in Guadalajara, Mexico to Paulino Tovar Contreras and Bartola (Hernandez) Amador.

 Rosa loved gardening, both flowers and fruits and vegetables, and could get anything to grow.

 She was a valiant warrior, beating cancer twice over a period of ten years.

 Rosa is survived by husband J. Nieves Amador; children Zaira Ruvalcaba and husband Homero, Patricia Amador and husband Victor Colorado, Brayan Amador, and Cristian Amador and fiancé Alexis Milazzo; sister Martha Alicia Tovar; grandchildren Fabian Ruvalcaba, Andrea Ruvalcaba, Jayden Aguilar, and Jacob Aguilar.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, and several brothers and sisters.
