Mary Shellnut

Mary Bell Dunn Shellnut, 83, of Bridgeport, Texas passed away Friday, August 29, 2014. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 2, 2014 in the Chapel at Jones Family Funeral Home. Burial will be in Willow Point Cemetery. Phillip Weitner will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Monday, September 1, 2014 at the funeral home. Mary was born June 9, 1931, in Wise County to Lena Idus (Long) and Joe Gregg. She was a member of the Twin Oaks Assembly of God Church who enjoyed preparing flower arrangements, playing 42, and word find puzzles. She was a retired medical office clerk. Mary is survived by her son Randy Dunn and wife Yvonne; daughter Becky Taylor; brother Jean Gregg and wife Barbara; sisters Billie Billington and Lena McWilliams; grandchildren Kenneth, Donald, and Kimberly; step-grandchildren Cody and Cory; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Kenneth Dunn; her daughter Linda Dunn; and her husband E. A. Shellnut.
