Loretta Keller

Services for Loretta Mae Keller, 88, of Bridgeport, Texas will be held Friday, September 16, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport, officiated by Stephen Starnes and Jose Muniz. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery #3 in Chico, Texas. Pallbearers are Mike Moyers, Benny Moyers, Lynn Kerr, Lance Kerr, Billy Gene Ince, and Daniel Ince. Visitation is Thursday, September 15, also at Jones. Loretta passed away Tuesday, September 13 in Bridgeport. Loretta was born in Bridgeport June 13, 1928 to Clyde and Dorothy (Whatley) Thompson. She married Emory Elvin ‘Jack’ Keller December 13, 1942 and together they produced five children. Loretta was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by children Laura Jean Keller of Alvord, Texas, Jack Keller and wife Karen of Chico, Richard Keller and wife Dawn of Alvord, and Linda Keller Starnes and husband Eddie of Alvord; grandsons Ricky Hardee and wife Michele, Mike Hardee and wife Sherry, Nikki Keller and wife Shaunda, Kent Keller, and Stephen Starnes and wife Alisha; granddaughters Jennie Marie Starnes, Mindy Keller, and Amber Beckham Stauffer; 12 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband ‘Jack’ Keller, daughter Odetta Mae Keller, grandson Jeremy Keller, sister Noreca Joy Ince, and her parents. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
