Services for Bonnie Lorene Stanford, 92, of Fort Worth, Texas will be 2:00 pm Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Hudson & Torres Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport, officiated by Pastor Chet Taylor. Burial will follow at Eastside Cemetery in Bridgeport, Texas. Visitation will be at 1:00 pm Thursday, one hour prior to the service, also at the funeral home. Lorene passed away Sunday, October 3 in Fort Worth.

She was born December 15, 1928 in Fife, McCulloch County, Texas to Minnie (Mullennix) and Elsie (E.E.) Billington.

At the time of her retirement, Lorene was the food service manager for the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw school district.

She leaves behind son Ronnie McDonald and wife Sherri of Fort Worth; daughter Rhonda Wilson and husband Don of Fort Worth; eight grandchildren; and numerous great and great-great grandchildren, and other family.

Lorene was preceded in death by her parents E.E. and Minnie Billington; husband A.K. ‘Kenneth’ Stanford; children Geary McDonald and Belinda Cherry; sisters Vera Mae Roberts and Fay McKinnsey; brothers Wayne and Ray Billington; and grandson John A. Collom.
