Kimberly Struthers

A memorial service for Kimberly Kay (Ball) Struthers, 50, of Bridgeport will be held Monday, September 28, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Pleasant View Baptist Church in Bridgeport, officiated by Bro Gary Demmitt. Kimberly died Thursday, September 24 in Decatur. She was born May 17, 1965 in Decatur, Texas to Joe Wayne and Judy (Watson) Ball. Kimberly never went anywhere without her Bible. She was a loving helpful and kind person who loved to read her Bible, and play keno. She was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church. She and Rickey Martin were life partners. Kimberly, the oldest of five children, is survived by siblings Temple Wayne Ball and wife Betty of Springtown, Kathy Renee St. John and husband Monty of Bridgeport, Jo Ann Bradford of Bridgeport, Jimmy Lynn Ball and wife Tracey of Runaway Bay; mother Judy Ball of Bridgeport; daughter Stephanie Ann Fox and husband Tony Rodriquez; four grandchildren: Alexia, Paige, Linzzy, and Santana Rodriquez; nieces and nephews Keaton and Keisha St. John, and Chad Allen Bradford, all of Bridgeport; life partner Rickey Martin of Bridgeport; and Rickey’s kids and grandkids Zachary and Austin Sparks of Bridgeport, Summer Wylie of Paradise, and Chris Martin of DFW area; and numerous aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Wayne Ball.
