Judy Elaine King

A graveside service for Judy Elaine King, 47, of Bridgeport will be held at 10 am Monday, August 12, 2013 at West Bridgeport Cemetery, officiated by Joey Vick, pastor of Cuba Road Church in Bridgeport. Visitation will be Sunday, August 11 from 4-6 pm at Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Judy was born July 24, 1966 to Charles and Mary (Phillips) Gatewood in Dallas, Texas. She was a certified nursing assistant who enjoyed watching movies and hanging out with grandkids. She leaves behind sons Edward King of Bridgeport, Texas, John King and Jennifer Cerda of Rhome, Texas; daughters Courtney King and fiancé Bjay of Bridgeport, Lena King and fiancé Francisco Esparza, also of Bridgeport; father Charles Gatewood of Elkhart, Texas; brother Rodney Gatewood and wife Heather of Elkhart, Texas; sisters Donna Logan and husband Terry of Elkhart, Texas, Janet Fowler and husband James of Decatur, Texas, Tara King and husband Wayne of Whitney, Texas, and Sharon Gatewood of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren Keirah King, Korbin Fox, Kaliah Walker, Eli Esparza, Branson Walker, all of Bridgeport, and Desi Cerda of Rhome. She was preceded in death by her mother Mary Phillips of Bridgeport, and father-in-law John Edward King, also of Bridgeport.
