Born March 19, 1958, in Dallas, Texas, Joe was the son of Claudy and Margaret (Barron) Bailey; he passed away January 13, 2023, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Survivors include daughter Lori Ann Morris; brothers Cochise Bailey and Paul Villegas; sisters Margaret Lewing, Patricia Villegas Hooe, and Debra Barron Moody; grandchildren Alicia Bailey Morris, Adrianna Sky Morris, and Sjana Logan Mayfield.

Joe is preceded in death by his parents.
