Jim "Kool-Aid" Addington

Jim “Kool-Aid” Addington, 71, of Bridgeport, Texas, passed away early Thursday morning July 14, 2022. A memorial service will be 6 pm on Wednesday, July 20, at Hudson & Torres Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport, officiated by Larry Fair.

He was born in Pampa, Texas, on May 2, 1951, to Lloyd and Della Addington née Yandell.

Jim was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending as much time as possible outdoors. A beloved member of his community, he will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife Tonia Young – Addington; older brother William “Bill” Addington; sons Jimmy Addington, Jr, and Richard Harrington; and 11 grandchildren.
