Jerry Lee Sherman

Jerry Lee Sherman, 73, of Rhome, went home to be with the Lord on March 2, 2018.   A memorial service will be held on March 17, at 1:00 PM at Cornerstone Baptist Church.  Jones Family Funeral Home-Decatur is handling the arrangements.

Jerry was born Oct. 11, 1944 in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania to Glen and Doris Sherman. He spent much of his adult life doing missionary work in various parts of the world. Jerry was a member of  Cornerstone Baptist Church. He loved his family and will be missed by everyone.

He was preceded in death by wives, Sandy Sherman and Beverly Sherman.

Jerry is survived by his daughters, Debbie Kindsfather and husband Stacy of Joshua, Kim Townsend and husband Adam of Rhome; son, Steven Sherman and wife Niki of Euless; and eight grandchildren.
