James Outlaw

A memorial service for James Leon Outlaw, 65, of Bridgeport, will be held Saturday morning at 10:00 am, June 20, 2015 at Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Bro. Glenn Connell will officiate. Leon passed away Tuesday, June 16 in Decatur. Leon was born May 22, 1950 in Clifton, Texas to James Edward and Berta Laverne (Morris) Outlaw. He was a toolpusher in the oilfield industry, and his hobbies included reading, watching TV and movies, listening to music, and spending time with his family. He leaves behind his wife of 41 years, Patty Outlaw of Bridgeport; sons Zachary Outlaw of Bridgeport, and Bobby Outlaw of Amarillo, Texas; brothers Morris Outlaw and Jerry Outlaw and wife Pat of Runaway Bay, Texas; grandchildren Adam Outlaw and Truly Outlaw of Bridgeport. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Berta Outlaw; son Eddie Outlaw, and sister-in-law Nina Outlaw.
