Jack T. Mann

A memorial service for Jack Truett Mann, 75, of Bridgeport, Texas will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at St. Johns Catholic Church in Bridgeport. Rosary and visitation will be Monday from 6-8 pm at Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Jack went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 27 in Decatur.

He was born in Bridgeport on July 31, 1942 to parents W.J. and Ovella Mann. Jack was an amazing husband, father, and friend. Not only was Jack the type to never meet a stranger, he welcomed everyone that crossed his path into his home and into his heart.

Jack attended the University of Texas A&M and worked as a dairy farmer, and carpenter. He will always be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor and as a great conversationalist.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, JoAnn Mann; his three sons William and wife Darla, Gary and wife Deborah, and Charlie and wife Anndra; his daughter Lori Cox and husband Scott; 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and his siblings Ann Nimmo and Carlos Mann. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, W.J. & Ovella Mann.

He will leave a great void in the lives of his family and all who knew him.
