Inez White

Inez White, 87, of Bridgeport, Texas passed away Wednesday, February 29, 2012, in Decatur. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, March 2, 2012, in the Chapel at Jones Family Funeral Home. Burial will follow at East Bridgeport Cemetery. Pastor David Kelly will officiate. Her nephews will be pallbearers. They are Glenn Gentry, Doug Wood, Jimmy Gentry, Wally Gentry, Ronald Holley, and David Holley, along with honorary pallbearers Roger Gentry and Buddy White. Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Thursday, March 1, 2012 at the funeral home. Inez was born February 2, 1925, in Agnes, Texas to Ruby (Pike) and Claude Niblett. She was a member of Cates Street Baptist Church in Bridgeport. Inez was a homemaker who loved to cook, read, do crossword puzzles and spend time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Elmer Ray White; sons Eddie King and wife Peggy, and Lindy King and wife Delyn; stepchildren Buddy White, Donna Pochyla, and Brenda Wilkinson and husband Doug; sisters Imogene Gentry, Lorene Gentry, and Edna Wood; grandchildren Kevin King, Bart King, Darla Martinez, Clint King and Casey King; numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband J. D. King, Jr.; brother Gene Niblett; and sisters Claudine Foreman and Betty Holley.
