A Celebration of Life for Howard Warren Blount, 74, of Paradise, Texas, will be held 11 a.m.- 3 p.m. Saturday, July 13, 2024, at Christ Fellowship Church in Chico.
Warren Blount “Silver Shad” 74, went home to be with our Lord July 4, 2024. He was born August 26,1949, in Hillsboro, Texas, to Howard Gilmore and Alice Josephine (Bailey) Blount. He married Clara Jean Breeze October 31, 1975. Warren was a long-haul truck driver most of his life and had recently retired. He loved the Lord, his family and friends, his dogs, and his guns.
Warren is preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Alice Blount; wife Jean of 34 years; and daughter Tracy Dalynn.
Warren is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Ann Butler of Paradise, Texas; son, James Gregory and wife Betty Blount of Boyd, Texas; daughters, Kerri Breeze of Bridgeport, Texas, Trina Perry and husband Timothy of Bowie, Texas, Tammy Blount and boyfriend Gregory Keith of McKinney, Texas, and Melissa Blount of Dalton, Georgia; Grandchildren, Gregory and Skyler Blount of Burleson, Texas, Savanna and Denny Deacon of Illinois, Philip Offutt of Kaufman, Texas, Kristen Bradford of Burleson, Texas, Kristin Sonnier of Seattle, Washington, Dillon Ince of Bridgeport, Texas, Justen, Cameron, and Nicholas Starnes of Bridgeport, Texas, Randy and Preston Bradley of Bowie, Texas, Sebastian Green and wife Chloe, Jordan, Milton, Ashli, and Tony Green of Bridgeport, Texas, Shally Garner of Quinlan, Texas, Alexaydria, Gabriel, Collin Ouzts of Louisiana, and Abygail and Josephine Ouzts of Dalton, Georgia; numerous great-grandchildren and many life-long friends that will cherish so many unforgettable memories.
He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Rev. 21:4
