Helen Early

Helen Joyce Early, 79, of Bridgeport, Texas, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2012, in Fort Worth. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 25, 2012, in the Chapel at Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Burial will follow in East Bridgeport Cemetery. Craig Erb will officiate. Helen was born January 30, 1933, in Decatur, Texas to Allie L. (Holt) and Waid Morrison. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bridgeport. She enjoyed gardening and loved playing the piano when she was younger. She is survived by her sons Kenneth Early and wife Sherrie and David Early; sister Waidene Green and husband James; and grandchild Nikki-Jo Dean and husband Doug. She is preceded in death by her husband of over fifty years, Thomas Vernon Early, and her parents. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
