A graveside service for Frankie Fae Hass, 88, of Springtown was held at 10:00 am Tuesday, August 15, 2017 in Wood County at Salem Cemetery in Alba, Texas, officiated by Rev. Richard Tosh, pastor of Eastside Baptist Church. A visitation was held Monday, August 14 from 6-8 pm at Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport. She entered Heaven’s Gates Saturday, August 12 at home.
Frankie was born in Wood County, Texas April 22, 1929 to William Newton and Johnnie (Davis) English. She was a beloved wife, mother and granny.
She was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends. She also enjoyed watching cooking shows, westerns and golf.
Frankie had an unwavering faith in God. She was a lifetime member of Eastside Baptist Church in Fort Worth, and was very involved in the children’s ministry.
She is survived by her sons Ronnie Odell Hass and wife Kay, Dean Wade Hass and wife Christy; grandchildren Stacy, Amy, Richard, Brandy, Shelby, Amber, Courtney, Morgan, and Justin; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Frankie was preceded in death by her parents William and Johnnie English, along with two brothers and four sisters. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband Odell, daughter Johna Faye, and son Delroy.
