Flora Bridgeman

Flora Mae (Flossie) Bridgeman, 87, of Sunset, Texas passed away Saturday, June 1, 2013 in Bowie, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, June 4, 2013, in Sunset Cemetery. Doyle Wade will officiate. Flossie was born February 13, 1926 in Holbert, Oklahoma to Flora (Cooper) and Jessie Welch. She graduated high school in Olton, Texas in 1943 and attended beauty school in Lubbock, Texas. She married Ed Bridgeman on April 18, 1947. She was a homemaker who loved gardening and listening to music. She is survived by her sons Bill Bridgeman and wife Becky of Sunset, Bobby Bridgeman and wife Donna of Ferris, Texas and Ronnie Bridgeman and wife Erin of Paradise, Texas; daughter Connie Allison and husband Gary of Fort Worth, Texas; twelve grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband.
