Edward Bradley, Jr.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date to honor his memory and the joy he brought to so many.

Edward “Eddy” Ernest Bradley, 61, of Rhome, Texas, passed away on February 10, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and selflessness that will be cherished forever. Born on December 20, 1963, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Eddy grew up with a generous heart and an unwavering commitment to helping others.

Eddy proudly served as a deputy for McIntosh County, Oklahoma, protecting his community with courage and compassion. He later became the warehouse director at International Development Corporation, where his strong work ethic and humor left an unforgettable mark on his colleagues.

Anyone who knew Eddy could tell you about his generous spirit. He never hesitated to lend a hand, share a laugh, or offer a shoulder to lean on. His selfless nature was felt by everyone around him and he truly had a gift for making people feel valued and loved.

Eddy was happiest outdoors, whether he was casting a line while fishing or just soaking in the beauty of nature. He believed in living life to the fullest and encouraged others to do the same, usually with a laugh or witty remark.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Tricia Bradley; sisters, Brenda Dalyrmple and husband Ron, and Kim Glidwell; children, Jenni Boyd and husband Chris, Meagan McGuire and husband Tyler, Jessi Farfan and husband Fernando, and Zack Bradley; six cherished grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who became like family.

Eddy is preceded in death by his parents, Patricia and Edward Bradley, and his son, Keith Bradley.

Eddy’s absence leaves a hole in our hearts, but his legacy of love, generosity, and laughter lives on in all who were lucky enough to know him.

Though he left us too soon, Eddy’s spirit remains with us in the stories and laughter we share in his memory, and the love he gave us that will never fade.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for contributions to help with funeral and final expenses.
