Funeral services for Dennis Fox, 81, of Fort Worth, Texas, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 15, 2025, at North Point Church in Fort Worth, with burial to follow at Aurora Cemetery in Aurora. Visitation will be held from 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday, an hour-and-a-half prior to the service, at the church.
Pallbearers will include Jasper Randolph, Morgan Fox, John Lawrence, Terry Alexander, Jay West, Thad Weikle, Logan Fox, and Kelly Hemphill.
Dennis Lamar Fox was born on January 15, 1944, to Alvin and Pauline (Bradley) Fox, in Mount Herman, Oklahoma, and went to be with our Lord and Savior on February 10, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas. He married Marnell (Hamm) Fox on December 14, 1963, and was happily married for over 61 years.
Dennis was a devoted member of North Point Church in Fort Worth, where he found joy and purpose in preaching and teaching the word of God and sharing his passion with people around the world. His unwavering faith and dedication served as a testament to his character, inspiring countless individuals throughout his life. He will be deeply missed.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Marnell Fox; sons, Timothy C. Fox and wife Jennifer, and Jeff D. Fox; daughter, Christy Raylene Fox; brother, Ron Fox; sister, Diesta Owens; grandchildren, Morgan James Fox, Logan Austin Fox, Shelby Diane Fox, and Gabriel Timothy Fox; two great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Pauline Fox of Fort Worth, Texas; siblings, Sandford Fox of Fort Worth, Texas, Denton Fox of Dallas, Texas, Flodell Harding of Seneca, Kansas, and Wyvonn Jarvis of Longview, Texas; and daughter-in-law, Carol Fox of Fort Worth, Texas.
