A visitation for David Ray Deering, 36, of Paradise, Texas, will be held from 4-6 p.m. Friday, December 6, 2024, at Hudson & Torres Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport.
David Ray Deering was born on September 27, 1988, in Denton, Texas, to Robert and Marsha (Buckner) Deering, and passed away on November 26, 2024, in Decatur, Texas. David was known for his love of the outdoors, enjoying, fishing, hunting, and camping. He had a passion for adventure and making memories in nature. David will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
David is preceded in death by his father, Robert Deering; grandfathers, Clyde Deering and Marshall Buckner; grandmothers, Mary Price and Omega Buckner; uncles, Perry Deering, Gary Deering, and Harlon Buckner; and aunts, Stella Davidson, Helen Buckner, Jan Buckner, Reba Jo, and Margie Ann Brown.
Those left to cherish David’s memory are his loving wife of 10 years Tonya Groves; sons, Billy and Tyson Deering; daughters, Sadie and Daisy Deering; mother, Marsha Deering; sister, Rhonda Deering; uncles, Timmy Kirkland, John Deering, Wilford Buckner, Clyde Deering, and Jeffery Buckner; numerous other family members; and a host of friends.
