Christopher Kyle Hill

Christopher Kyle Hill, 25, of Paradise, Texas went home to be with the Lord on March 12, 2022, in Dallas, Texas. A memorial service is planned for March 30, 2022, at 11:00 am at the First Baptist Church in Bridgeport, officiated by Dr. Craig Erb.  Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service, also at the church. A private burial will follow at a later time.

Christopher was born on October 5, 1996, in Decatur, Texas. He graduated from Paradise High School while working multiple part-time jobs with the city of Bridgeport. Chris went on to get his associates degree in 2017 from Weatherford College. He started his full-time employment with the city in the spring of 2020 as a Water Maintenance Worker II with the public works department. He excelled in his career and was loved and respected by his co-workers and was heavily relied upon in his field.

He was very active and had a zest for life filling his time with many hobbies including coaching soccer, playing disc golf, fishing, cooking, enjoying sporting events, woodworking, video games, movies, and time with his family, friends, and dogs.  

Christopher is preceded in death by his grandparents, Doyle Wayne Bryant and wife Johanna Maria Bryant, Jessie Lee Hill and Roberta Joan Hill.

He is survived by his parents, Robert Edward Hill and wife Bettina Hill, of Bridgeport; brother, Andrew Callen Hill of The Colony; girlfriend, Anastasia Alexis Rodriguez of Paradise and family; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like any donations to be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital: 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
