Cathy Faye Ogle

Services for Cathy Faye (Flippo) Ogle, 64, of Chico will be 10:00 am Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport, officiated by Roy Gulutzo. Burial will follow in Bluebonnet Hills Cemetery in Colleyville, Texas. Visitation will be Friday, December 22 from 6-8 pm, also at Jones. Pallbearers are Dylan Castleberry, Jacob Moss, Chad Fountain, Jason Scott Adams, Sam Adams, and Shawn Jordan. She passed away Tuesday, December 19 at home.

Cathy was born November 26, 1953 in Denton, Texas to William and Katherine (Easley) Flippo. She was a non-practicing licensed cosmetologist who was called upon to cut the grandkids hair on a frequent basis. She was an excellent cook and housekeeper. Most importantly Cathy was a wonderful wife who loved her family, and was adored by them.

She is survived by her husband of 24 years, George Ogle of Chico; daughter Jennifer Hickman; sister Edith Fountain; grandchildren Dylan Castleberry, Jacob Moss, Savannah Moss, and Riley Kallas; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and son Gary Blanton.
