Carter Haynie

A memorial service for Carter Pierce Haynie, 27, of Bridgeport will be held Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 6:00 pm at the First United Methodist Church of Bridgeport, officiated by Rev. Sam Caldwell. Visitation will be on Tuesday, beginning at 5:00 pm. Carter passed away Tuesday, November 25 in Fort Worth, Texas. Carter was born in Bedford, Texas December 27, 1987 to John Dean Haynie and Julie Pierce Haynie Balvin. Carter was a 2006 graduate of Bridgeport High School. He received his master welding degree from Tulsa Welding School, and worked as a master welder in the oilfield industry. He enjoyed hiking and snow skiing in the mountains and kayaking on the lake, and enjoyed anything outdoors and adventurous. He is survived by mother Julie Balvin, father Dean Haynie, brother Austin Haynie, sisters Chloe Balvin, Brianna and Avery Haynie. Grandparents are Art and Joan Pierce, and Deanna Haynie.
