Bobby Dee Slaughter Jr

A memorial service for Bobby Dee Slaughter, Jr., 15, of Bridgeport, Texas will be 2:00 pm Friday, June 8, 2018 at the Unified Body of Christ in Paradise, Texas, officiated by Jeff Honeycutt.  Bobby passed away in a traffic accident Thursday, May 31, along with his father, Bobby Slaughter, Sr., east of Bridgeport on Hwy 114.

Bobby was born May 20, 2003 in Decatur, Texas to parents Bobby Dee Slaughter, Sr., and Anna Marie (Vardas), and had celebrated his 15th birthday eleven days earlier. He had just completed his freshman year at Bridgeport High School.

Bobby was involved in organizations such as Locks of Love, and was a member of the Unified Body of Christ in Paradise. He also enjoyed working Halloweens at the Haunted House in Bridgeport.

He leaves behind his mother Anna Marie Slaughter of Azle, Texas; sisters Shauna Marshall and husband Thane of Kemp, Texas, and Shelly Fain; grandmother Marsha Anderson of Wichita Falls; and nephews Brantley Waller from Kemp, and Cameron Flores.

Arrangements entrusted to Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport.
