Betty Blevins

A graveside service for Betty J. Blevins, 85, of Bridgeport, Texas, formerly of Locust Grove, Arkansas, will be 3:00 pm, Saturday, August 27, 2016 in Locust Grove Cemetery. Betty passed away Monday, August 22 in Bridgeport. Honorary pallbearers are Kenny Nash, Bryan Anderson, Shane Blevins, Todd Drake, David Seymore, and Dickie Joe Drake. Betty was born August 5, 1931 in Batesville, Arkansas to Leo and Alpha Mae (Tatum) Kerlin. She was a homemaker and rancher, and enjoyed going north of the Red River on occasion. She is survived by sisters Billie Harmon and Marilyn Seymore; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Dwight Blevins, nephew Chad Blevins, and nieces Teresa and Vicki Harmon.
